For the Oberursel High School, Hemling designed a custom-tailored fit-out for the science classrooms that blends harmoniously into the school’s modern, campus-like design. Particular emphasis was placed on combining laboratory technology with room acoustics: The LS TopFLEX ceiling supply system was combined with acoustic panels and supplemented by sound-insulating cabinet fronts. Mobile teacher’s experiment tables and a freestanding trapezoidal fume hood support hands-on work and experimentation. The result is a well-thought-out solution for a school where mathematics and the natural sciences play a particularly important role.

Combining Care and Acoustics

The LS TopFLEX ceiling supply system combines technical utilities for workstations with integrated acoustic panels. This creates a coordinated solution that integrates the necessary laboratory technology with targeted improvements to room acoustics.
