For decades, we have been living our passion for the most beautiful material of our time – wood. But because wood can be combined with other materials in so many ways and because we at Hemling prefer to manufacture everything from a single source, we have long had expertise in many other trades. Be it in our joinery, locksmith’s shop, paint shop, electrical or sanitary department. Closely interlinked with a team of technical draughtsmen, project managers, estimators and commercial staff, we have been ensuring an exceptionally deep and broad value creation process with a love for our craft for more than 60 years.

Each order consists of a large number of small work steps that have to be organized and coordinated across departments. Although process-controlled software programs and state-of-the-art production technologies support our production, it is ultimately human judgment, craftsmanship and expertise that contribute to a perfect result. “We only say “Done!” when everything really fits.
Individual project advice, precise measurements and detailed factory and installation planning
Each of our projects is subject to project management with extensive expertise. Our customers receive expert advice throughout the entire project, leaving nothing to be desired. Our project managers personally take measurements on the construction sites, create detailed view drawings and supervise factory and assembly work throughout the entire value creation process. They solve problems, manage the project and take responsibility. Direct, short and honest communication channels are a matter of course.
Intensive work preparation and production at the highest level
Every view drawing is subject to an intensive check by our work preparation department, which is always closely interlinked with production. This is where the project is given the finishing touches and preparations are made for a smooth production process. We are just as familiar with the quantity “one” as we are with the quantity “infinite”. On over 20,000 square meters, we combine state-of-the-art production technology with craftsmanship know-how. Whether it’s the production of highly individual shapes and contours using our intelligent CNC machining center or the series production of cabinet carcasses using our fully automated assembly line, we have your needs covered. We are also a member of the DECHEMA working group “Testing laboratories” and the “Standards committees for laboratory equipment, fume cupboards and laboratory air technology”. This ensures that our laboratory equipment is always state of the art. Our production is GS-tested and our products bear the GS mark. And because sustainability is important to us as a family business, we are a member of EGNATON, which informs operators and users of laboratory equipment about the level of sustainability of laboratory equipment and facilities.

Even after our products have been manufactured, we will not let you down and guarantee professional installation and service. Regardless of whether carpenters, electricians or gas/water fitters are required. We come to you with a highly motivated team that sets standards.
